How is RCT done?

The tooth has 3 parts, the outer part is enamel, the main part of the tooth is dentin and then the soft pulp of the tooth. The vein and blood vessels enter from the root of the teeth (Apex) and passing through the root canal and reached the pulp chamber. The pulp chamber is within the crown of the teeth. The canal is opened by drilling from the upper part of the infected tooth i.e. the crown. In the root canal treatment, the infected pulp is removed. To further clean and medicate the tooth hydrogen peroxide and sodium hypo chloride is sent through a microneedle in the veins and these veins are disconnected from the blood supply. The tooth is sealed with a silver filling or tooth color filling. To strengthen the teeth, after the root canal treatment it is necessary to apply a cap or crown on it.
